Sara's Poems

Some times just looking out the window

in the early morning sunshine can make t

he soul feel the splendor of the moment and

words come so easily to paint the picture so intense.

God's Wonders

What beauty! What thought!

Behind all the things

that God hath wrought!

See His sunshine, see His grace

Caught in the splendor

Of wonder in this place.

A summer breeze, a gentle stir

Sending fragrance sublime

Strong in the air.

A hummingbird takes a drink

From beauty all captured

Within a blink.

He does not care that I

Call it beauty when to him

It is the drink to live or die.

The petals open to God's sun

The hummingbird drinks

To me, the day has begun!
